Shipping:
We currently ship your goodies via UPS and USPS (your choice!). For overseas orders, we use USPS global priority. Most products are shipped within 24 hours of when your order is placed. Should any unexpected hiccups arise, we will certainly email you ASAP to let you know. Shipping times vary, of course, so please be patient. Should you have any questions about the status of your order, please feel free to drop us a line at orders@papermama.com.
Payment:
We currently accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express credit cards as forms of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot accept personal checks or PayPal payments. Payment information is collected on an SSL secured server, and is all kept super safe and sound.
Sales Tax:
If you live in California, we have to charge you 8.25% sales tax. Sorry about that, but it is the law and all.
Returns & Exchanges:
As my dad always likes to say: "if you're happy, I'm happy." That's exactly how we feel here at Paper Mama. Should you wish to exchange any of your merchandise, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. The return shipping charges will be on you, but we'll do our best to find something else that sets your heart a flutter.
If you wish to return your merchandise without an exchange, please follow the procedure above. Your original payment method will be refunded, however, we cannot refund any shipping or handling charges. All items must be unopened and free from damage.
Privacy Policy:
We will never ever share your information with anyone else. All information collected is kept strictly confidential and is collected solely for purposes of properly completing each order. Your secrets are safe with us!
